WinSCP as a file manager?

When I open two separate WinSCP windows, both with the NC interface, I can copy or move the local files between the local directories by drag'n drop from one window to the second one. So, there is in fact an option of using the WinSCP as a file manager. But it would be nice to have a possibility of open a local dir in the right panel instead of remote one. Then, a WinSCP would be an explorer-replacer. What do you think?
