The option servertimezone offset seems to be ignored, but setting "Daylight saving time" from "Adjust remote timestamp to local convetions" to "preserve remote timestamp" solves the problem.

Timestamp bug (appending)

The Problem seems to be tricky on other place: the file times on the remote directory listing are wrong (1h in the future).
