Server uses UTF-8

Currently you need to set "Server does not use UTF-8" to "Off" to support UTF-8 with ssh servers that use protocol version <4. The user needs to think about double negatives to turn utf-8 on.

Could you change the text to "Server uses UTF-8"? Of course the meanings of off/on are swapped.
