I have tried the prior versions of WinSCP and the new beta version. For the past two months this has been a problem. I checked with another user who never had a problem before and he now has the same problem. It keeps our computers from rebooting among the problems. It could be a patch from Windows or a policy change, but I can't tell for sure.

Fails to quit-leaves process running

When I quit any version of WinSCP it does not quit. The window closes but the process stays around. I have to manually go in and kill each session.
