No. But you can accept certain key. See documentation.

Automatically accept the host key?

I'm attempting to use WinSCP in a script to upload a file to a newly created Linux server. Since it's a fresh install, I don't know what it's host key is. Is there any way that I can bypass the key dialog and automatically accept whatever key is supplied? I realize that this is very insecure, but the risk is very low considering what I'm doing. Thanks!
