Request to overwrite when copying files (version 4.2.2)

I am copying a new file, say test.txt into a remote SSH server. I have an account there and all permission is okay. I've double checked that I have no test.txt file in the destination directory. However, sometimes (not always), WinSCP asked me whether I want to overwrite the file. This is weird because the test.txt file to be overwritten has a size of 0 byte and was created in year 1899. Of course if I choose to rewrite, everything is fine and test.txt is properly copied. It seems that the chance of bumping into this error is bigger if I copy a whole directory with some subdirs. I've never encountered this bug in WinSCP 4.1.x. Only in 4.2.2.
