winscp3.8.2 is taking lot of time for file transfer!

Hi,
I have a small query. I am using winscp3.8.2 to transfer a file of size 4GB across network. I mean the source machine is in one network and target is another network . The time taken to tarnsfer the 4GB faile is 2hr22mins. Is the time acceptable? or is this a bug in this version? I tested with other sizes also. Same thing happened.

I tried with filezilla just to check whether network itself is slow , Filezilla is taking very less time when compared to winscp3.8.2 .

Could you please clarify my query.

Thx,
--Gopi
