How to browse other Windows volumes?

Hello - I just started using Winscp today and I am unable to figure out how to use it so I can browse the E:\ of another Windows Server running openssh. All of our Windows 2008 servers in Production come with openssh as a standard, so we want to leverage it for secure file transfer from the enterprise. We load several logfiles to the E:\logfiles directory and ideally I want to script the retrieval of those logs. Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to browse outside of the default user directory and onto another windows volume? Thank you!
