Re: I think I have the same problem

Can you send me an email, so I can send you back a debug version of WinSCP to track the problem? Please include link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have sent the email. Thanks.

You will find my address (if you log in) in my forum profile.

I think I have the same problem

I am running winscp 4.3.3 and I am downloading around 250 files. Almost every time I run the program, it freezes. Each file initially registers as 0kb before registering the correct size and downloading. The program only freezes at the point when it displays the next file with size 0kb but before it updates to the correct size. Then blinking cursor next to a 0%, and only solution is quitting the command prompt.

WinSCP freezes when FTP service stops

When WinSCP (4.3.3) has an FTP connection to a server (checked that with IIS) and this server stops the FTP service, WinSCP freezes.
Maybe it would be better to catch that error and display a "Server connection lost" or something similar.
