Floating '0%' After Some File Transfers

Affected both 5.0.5 and 4.3.6 when I downloaded the non-beta version thinking it might be an issue with the beta. I'm running Windows XP Pro with all service packs up to date. I've attached a screen shot of the issue in action. You can see the 0% floating above the forum, here, next to Kimberly713's post about half way down the page.
