AFAIK it does not. There are only unofficial buolds of Putty with the IPv6 support.

This is low level feature, which has to be implemented in SSH core coming from PuTTY. I'm not going to implement it by myself. Putty has this on its wishlist already, see topic We should provide IPv6-enabled binaries.

ipv6 Support

In Future, ipv6 Support will be a nice feature.

( Linux supports it already, Windows XP / 2000 also)
