How do I copy my Stored sessions from WinSCP 4.3.9

I have recently gotten a new laptop. My old one was running WinSCP 4.3.9. I have installed the current version (5.7.6) on my new laptop. Both are running Windows 7. I would like to copy my Stored sessions from my old computer to my new one, so I don't have to rekey all of them. The current documentation says to "export the configuration to an INI file and then import the file on the another computer/location".

On the 4.3.9 version, when I go to Tools there is an Import option, but no Export option. How can I export them, so I can import them for my new laptop?

If there is not a way to export them with 4.3.9, if I upgrade my old laptop to the current release, will it retain all of my current stored sessions? In that case I presume I would be able to export, and then import. I would just try it, but I don't want to risk losing my current stored sessions.

Thanks!
