winscp.com command to change remote directory

Hi,

I am using this command syntax to transfer file to remote location.

echo put "file with spaces.dat" | winscp.com /command "open user@example.com" "option transfer ascii"

Question: How do I change the remote target directory from root to root/xx?

I researched to find this post https://winscp.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4756 but was not able to find preferences to save the ini file. How do I do that?

Thanks for your time!
