Re: Execute Process Task in SSIS package

Please post a full log file showing the problem.

To generate log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. For posting extensive logs you may use pastebin or similar application. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you may email it to me. You will find my address (if you log in) in my forum profile. Please include link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have emailed the log.

Execute Process Task in SSIS package

I have read the post on using WINSCP within a SSIS package and am still having issues. I created a SSIS package on my local development environment that uploads a .txt file via WINSCP and it works fine. The script file:

option batch on
option confirm off
open sftp://<username>:<pwd>@<remoteserver>:22 -hostkey="hostkey"
cd incoming
put *.txt
close
bye

When I deploy to another server, correctly modify my package's configuration settings, then manually execute the package, my Execute Process Task fails with message "The proces exit code was 1, while the expected was 0.". I was able to use the WINSCP client to connect and upload the file, plus I was able to execute the script that sftp's the file successfully through the command line. Does anyone know why this would happen? The Execute Process Task properties such as "Executable", "Arguments", and "WorkingDirectory" are correct. Any help would be very much appreciated as I am at a loss.
