Which scripts do WinSCP read on a Linux server?

I connect to a Linux server using WinSCP. When I (or any user) log on to the server a script on the server must execute. Does anyone know which scripts (e.g. .profile, .bashrc (these don't seem to work), etc.) will execute on the server at logon? Or how can I set WinSCP up to execute a given script?

WinSCP does not read anything. It is your SSH/SFTP server who reads the scripts, hence it is platform-dependant.
