Can't find file after copying to directory

I'm using winscp to transfer files from my local hardrive to an oracle directory.
This has been working fine, until today. Now I can't see the files that have been copied. Winscp doesn't even warn me that the file exist when I try to copy it again.

I am, however, able to find the files logging on to a putty window using the same user with the same access.

Has anyone experienced the same problem? Any suggestions?
