Oddly when I choose this option WinSCP the newest 4.2.3 beta the program freezes for about 5 minutes per file, but the system CPU doesn't spike 100%. I'm using Windows XP.

I have noticed the same behaviour with copy/move option "Not to all" and after click on Cancel button in the Confirm window also.
