Scripting for turning off Transfer Resuming

We are running into an issue with one of our vendors. They do not support file transfer resuming as they are pulling the file as soon as it hits the server. From the article that I read on Transfer Resuming, you can control via the -resumesupport switch. (https://winscp.net/eng/docs/resume) However, it does not go into detail on this off via scripting. I have disabled the setting under Preferences. I have attached a screenshot. My issue is that whenever I turn it off, it is still being used. I'm not sure that my WinSCP script is recognizing or acknowledging that the setting has been turned off.

I am currently running the executable under Windows Server 2012 64-bit.
