Executing Custom Commands in WinScp

Hi,

While executing custom commands in winscp version 5.1.2 i get the following error. I am trying to unzip a file.

Error skipping startup message. Your shell is probably incompatible with the application (BASH is recommended).

Enclosing the log file :

Kindly help regarding the same
