I'm completely new to WinSCP and just beginning my learning.

I need to set up an automatic SFTP transfer.

I need to come up with a script that downloads files from several folders. Files from each individual folder on the SFTP server need to be downloaded into a specific folder on a computer here. The folder names are different on the two systems, but there is a one-to-one mapping.

All downloaded files must be logged.

After the files are successfully downloaded, I need to delete them off the remote server.

Does anyone have a sample script they can share to help me get started?
