When you have opened a number of sites to perform a particular function, for example to update the .htaccess on a number of sites, then it would be very useful to apply a particular folder command to all the currently running sessions.

In my case I have 20-40 sites with all the same folder structure - I would like to apply the same folder location to all currently running sessions. If the folder does not exist in a particular site then a message could be generated and sent to the information window but it should not affect the other sessions. The folder location should still be changed on all the running sessions where the folder structure exists.

It might also be useful in other situations for other commands, being able to carry out the same operation on all open sessions could be useful, for instance, changing a specific folder's protection or access rights. Rather than carrying this out on 20 + sites, being able to set the default directory globally and then carrying out the chmod command on 20 sites would be a godsend.

Clearly a powerful function that might make winscp stand out from the other ftp clients.
