Displaying "0 KiB" as transfered size is useless, if transfered size is less than 1 Kilobyte(1024 bytes).
Display transfered size in bytes might be more useful in that case.

Most other SCP implementation does this. Here is the output from SCP on Linux:
test.dat 100% 12 0.0KB/s 00:00 // 12 bytes
test.dat1 100% 81KB 81.2KB/s 00:00 // 81 KB

I'm not sure what is the release cycle for WinSCP. Any ETA when 5.2 is going to be released?
