Automatic download at x time and delete all files afterwards

Hi,

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, I couldn't find it.

Our webserver backups our site and puts it in a directory on the webserver in the /backup directory.

With WinSCP I want to connect every night at a certain time and automatically download the complete content from this /backup directory and store it on my NAS, which has been mapped to a local drive letter x:. After succesful downloading, I want to empty the /backup directory completely.

Can someone please help me with a complete example?
