Topic "Timezone offset is only stored for current session"

Usecase:



When setting a Timezone offset for a connection and then save the connection

    Open WinSCP
    Selecting an existing connection
    Click "Edit"
    Click "Advanced"
    Set Timezone
    Click Save
    Login, Timezone setting is active. Smile
    Then Logout and quit WinSCP.
    Then open WinSCP again,
    and login again with the same Connection
    Timezone setting no longer active! Sad


I'm using 5.7.4 on WIN7 64.
