Error skipping startup message. Your shell is probably incompatible with the application (BASH recommended)
Connection has been unexpectedly closed. Server sent command exit status 0.

What does this exactly mean?

Im on a Windows PC trying to use WinSCP to connect to my personal Linux sever with has support for SSH. The Shell option /bin/bash is enabled.

Either post a full log file or use SFTP instead of SCP.
