where is the web address once I copy html doc to home

I am using win scp 3.5.0
sftp (v3)

Norton Commander

I can log in and copy my html file over to the right(home)side.

I double click on the file, I see the web site, but I do not see a web address to give to my classmates.

I went to view, toolbars, address bar, but there is no address in it.

Do not use it, the version has security holes. Download the latest version.

WinSCP cannot know the address. The mapping from directory (on the remote file system) to web URL is known only by the web server. You should ask someone who know the server.
