Window size

Hello,

I have modifyed my windows task bar, so the width is the
double as usual (this way i can see more application icons).

When I use winscp internal editor the window size is overlapped by the windows task bar so i can't see the last lines of the
editor.

I'd be very nice for me if you could measure the size of the windows task bar before the winscp internal editor window opens, so it does not overlap with the windows task bar.
