Permissions and/or timestamp error while uploading File using WinSCP Suddenly.

We are using WinSCP from long-time and didn't find any issue to access SFTP but suddenly from last 2-3 days we are getting error of Permissions and/or timestamp while uploading the file.Please let us know if any new feature is added to the application or it's a bug.
