Hi everyone,

Is WinSCP capable of reconnecting after initial connection failed and how I can configure number of retries? Couldn't find any information in documentation on that topic.

Are you using scripting or GUI?

I'm using a batch script to download files from FTP with WinSCP. Batch file is started by Windows Sever task scheduler.

No, WinSCP does not retry the initial connection in scripting.

Just loop the the batch file, until it succeeds.
