Topic "OpenSSH key support?"

Hi,

I've tried to connect to our SSH2-server with my OpenSSH private key file, but the WinSCP plug-in seems not to understand them. Is this a bug or a missing feature?

OK, I've converted it to a ppk, but why can't WinSCP do that internally automatically?

It is limitation of PuTTY code. They believe that their format is more secure, so thay do not plan to support OpenSSH. However you can convert the key using PuTTYgen.

BTW, please do not double post.
