using winscp on internal network

I have two computers on my home network. I recently reconfigured my network such that these two computers now use internal (192.168.x.x) addresses rather than external (66.92.x.x) addresses. This is the only change I made. After this change, winscp stopped working between the two computers. Oddly, just using the latest PuTTy still works. Any clues for what I can look for? Here are the facts, and the log output (sorry for the massive post):

All requests made from Windows to Linux.
Windows XP Pro (laptop)
Fedora Core 5 (server)
Latest WinSCP (4.0.4/346)

Re: using WinSCP on internal network

Bad news - I just discovered that my computer was rooted. It was running a DOS against someone and all of its resources were being consumed. So I guess that solves that one :-)

BTW, this is properly the subject of a bug-report, but I noticed that unchecking the "Enable logging" checkbox will not actually disable logging if the "Log to file" checkbox is left checked - that is, the "Log to file" checkbox greys out as if it were deactivated, but the next time you use WinSCP the "Enable logging" checkbox has re-enabled itself.

I do not think so. Please note that logging options set on login dialog and not saved unless you open a session.
