Looks like Squid is blocking it
I tried running etunnel and from etunnel logs it looks like its being blocked by the proxy. I guess I'm stuck. Here is what the proxy returned (from etunnel logs):

ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: xxxxxxxxxx:22
The following error was encountered:

 Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

Your cache administrator is xxxx@xxxx.

Generated Wed, 16 Apr 2003 00:00:20 GMT by squid1.xx.xxx.com (Squid/2.4.STABLE1)

|
