Download files using stored session from command line

Hi,
i want to use command line syntax to download files from remote server by using the stored session.
How can i do this?

something like:
winscp382.exe stored_session1 /download /home/user1/s1.sh C:\s1.sh

where stored_session1 is like user1@host1
