w2_32.dll for win95

I am not able to run WINSCP v 4.03 on win95. Says it needs W2_32.dll. Can't find one for win 95 on the installation cd's. One from win 98 or xp is detected as incorrect version. Where or how can I obtain or download a copy for win95. Microsoft site search turns up the usual nothing

Isn't it Ws2_32.dll? You should be able to download it from Microsoft.
