Hello, do I need the country specific plugin in order to use country specific characters in the login password?

Hello, thank you for your answer.
Yes, if I use a password containing the Swedish characters å,ä,ö connection is refused. I have checked that the password is set correctly on the server. Still, it could be a server side issue? |

If anybody wonder about the answer to Swedish characters in passwords, check out this topic:
http://winscp.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8265 (Swedish) Och för att ta det på svenska, om någon undrar så fungerar det inte alls att använda svenska tecken i lösenorden. Bugg i WinSCP, men man jobbar på det... men problemet är inte helt lätt att lösa vad jag förstår det som. Se tråden jag länkade till ovan. |
