Topic "Rights "bug""

Author Message

hehe, here is another minor glitch... when changing the rights of a file or directory you can choose to "add x to directories", you can also choose to "set group, owner, and permissions recusively".

when checking both boxes, all dirs on the current level will have an x added, group and owner are also set correctly, but for some reason subdirs do not get their x added Sad

This happens only with SCP protocol. With SFTP it works. I consider it to be a feature rather than bug. Of course it could work even with SCP, but it would require to recurse thru all subdirectories (as WinSCP with SFTP does), which can take a long time. So, maybe in future... Smile
