On some ftp i have seen a odd problem,it was telling my quota of ftp is full even i deleted a file of 3MB and wanted to upload a file of not even 500KB,it happen to my on free ftp www.nofeehost.com and other hosts,can't remeber it right now,via FTP passive mode,i`m not sure if only with passive mode is the problem,but not every time i had this problem,same problem with new 4.2.2 beta i think if not fixed,but with the older version yes it's a bug i think,if you can check the problem out.Using Windows XP Pro SP3,had same problem on SP2,pro and home edition.

This is hardly problem of WinSCP. Please contact your hosting provider.

What is the hosting provider have to do with the problem that winscp can't upload,and with core ftp never had this problem,very odd..

What can WinSCP to do with your provider not allowing you to upload files...
