Topic "One hour behind for timestamp of new created file"

There is one hour behind for timestamp of new created file when I use Winscp to transfer file from remote to local folder. What's problem for that?

Thank you for help.

I noticed it happen on our AIX, linux as far I can see.

When I use window mode, I created new txt file on remote server. It show timestamp is one hour behind.
