WinSCP currently does not handle correctly Unicode characters in paths. For example, it cannot access any files inside a directory which has Chinese characters in the name on a non-Chinese windows system, even if the files themselves only have ASCII characters in their names.

Please support at least accessing Unicode paths (even if not actually displaying them).
