Topic "File Renamed Detection"

Hello,

Sometimes to copy a file name I hit F2 (Rename), and then CTRL+A.

Every time I do this it displays an error when backing out about being unable to rename the file to itself.

Is it possible to add rename detection so that if I don't change the file name, it doesn't try to re-write it?

Best,
J

What does it mean when this is happening in both panels? I'm a little bit lost. I am sorry for re-opening the thread, but I was unable to find the information I was looking for.

Can you describe what problem are you having in more details?
