Hello,


how can I upload a hidden file and keep the settings as "hidden"?
After uploading such a file, it gets visible.

I wanted to keep it as hidden, even if you download the file from the server.

If your server is Unix, you cannot do that, because on Unix hidden files have to have dot prefix.

No I don't think so. But which command or configuration is required to upload a file hidden usually?

There's no special functionality for that. Only protocol that specifically supports setting hidden attribute is SFTP version 4 and newer. But this version of the protocol is sparsely supported.
