3.8 Beta

Sorry I can't reproduce the problem as I turned back to the previous stable version and my problem is gone.

When I trid to update a file in the default editor. It was offering to delete the file and create a new file, but I tried to delete file that did not work either.

The reason was "permission denied".

Here is the version information of you need:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 3 (Taroon Update 5)
White Box Enterprise Linux release 3.0 (Liberation Respin 2)

"permission denied" for file operations

I can't edit or delete a file with my root account after upgrading to newer version.

What has changed?
