Recover session info from another XP user profile

Hi, I've just had to create a new user profile (on windows XP) which means that all of my previous winSCP stored session info has been reset/lost.

Is there any way in which to recover the session info from the old user profile?

P.S. I'm only asking as I've forgotten the ftp login info for my own website (yep, very stupid I know).
