UTF-8 setting for Console Interface Tool?

Hi,

I use the WinSCP Console Interface Tool (WinSCP3.com) to synchronize two folders via SFTP. The SSH Server uses SFTP Protocol v3 but uses UTF-8 encoding for file and directory names. In WinSCP's GUI, there is a setting called "Server does not use UTF-8" which I can set to "Off" in order to force WinSCP to use UTF-8. However, I have not been able to find such an option for the command line version. Any idea?

Also, is it possible to use stored sessions from a WinSCP INI file to open a connection in WinSCP3.com instead of providing the details via the user:pass@host syntax?

System details:
WinSCP 3.7.6 @ Windows XP SP2
SSH Host: OpenSSH_3.9p1 @ Linux (Kernel 2.6)

Thanks in advance,
sphere
