Cannot execute SCP

Despite reading all the info I can find I have some problem with winscp and CHROOT (scponly).
I'm using a windows XpSP2 scp version 3.8.1 and scponly 4.6

When I try to do a winscp to my solaris I get the following error:
* 2006-05-18 17:18:07.737 (ECommand) Copying files to remote side failed.
* 2006-05-18 17:18:07.737 Cannot execute SCP to start transfer. Please make sure that SCP is installed on the server and path to it is included in PATH. You may also try SFTP instead of SCP.

And I have no idea wher I can set this dmn PATH
Any help will be gratfull
