Paegant doesn't save the passphrase of private key

Hi, I have an issue of the paegant of WinSCP. When I save the private SSH key on paegant with the password, this one remains saved only for the current session. Every time I disconnect from the server or paegant is stopped, I have to reinsert the private key in the Paegant.
Do you know how to solve it?
