How to remove ssh cache?

Hi,

I have big problem with WinSCP. When I connect to server, WinSCP is caching all directories. Sometimes, someone cleans them on server and I'm still watching them on WinSCP. This has already caused me some troubles and lost some files because I thought they were there and cleaned on my pc because I forgot to do Ctrl-R.
Is there way to always checks the dirs when I browse in the server instead of caching the dirs?
It would also be gread to have one option (for the selected dir) to automatically refresh, for example, every 5 seconds. This would keep WinSCP syncronize with server.

Thanks
