who knows maybe someone out there MIGHT have a solution to this issue.

if your putty installation is inside "Program Files" directory, you can use the environment variable
%PROGRAMFILES%\putty\putty.exe

What version of PuTTY are you using? Are there some special characters in your password?
guybrush

when i connect direct with putty this works fine!

but winscp is logged in the router and havent problems, only when i will start putty with click on the putty icon in winscp.

i have select on:
Remember session password and pass it to PUTTY

When i turn this option off i came without any problems in the server. Only when winscp must remember the passwort give this problem.
