commandline with ftp and logfile

thank you very much for integrating ftp into winscp. It is optmal to have one tool for ftp and sftp.
we starts winscp from commandline with a logfile, because we have to show what is changed on the remote system. But if i choose the following syntax:
winspc ftp://user:password@ip-address:21 /log=logfile.user.ip-address.date.log
no logfile is created, as written in documentation.
is there a possibility to choose the protocoll in commandline and write a logfile?
