Re: missing documentation concerning cache misfeature

It is documented here. BTW, how can directory disappear due to obsolete cache?

missing documentation concerning cache misfeature

winscp caches the directory structure of the remote machine.
When that structure changes, the inexperienced user is no longer able to use the program because there is no indication that there is a cache at all, much less that its contents are stale. There should be some user feedback indicating that a directory which has disappeared is due to an obsolete cache and the user should clear it. Once the user has figured out that there is a cache, he has no way to find out where it is or how to remove it.
